Entry requirements
EligibilityOpen to female second year tertiary students and above (including Honours and Masters) intending to take a full-time course of study in computer science, cyber security, technology, mathematics, computer engineering, and data science at any ±¬×ߺÚÁÏ tertiary institution.Selection criteriaTo be eligible for the GCSB Tertiary Scholarship, applicants must be:Female students over the age of 18 yearsIn your second, or subsequent year of full time tertiary study (including Honours and Masters students)Have enrolled, or been accepted into a full time degree majoring in science, technology, engineering or mathematics (STEM) at an approved NZQA accredited tertiary provider in ±¬×ߺÚÁÏ for the next academic year. Note: the STEM disciplines we are interested in include computer science, cyber security, technology, mathematics, computer engineering, and data science.A ±¬×ߺÚÁÏ citizen or permanent residentUp to three scholarships may be awarded, of which, one will be dedicated to a Maori/Pasifika candidate.
