This scholarships supports M?ori and Pasifika postgraduate research students in Ecology or Environmental Science at Te Whare W?nanga o Waitaha | University of Canterbury.Value/Benefits: Financial assistance with the costs associated with university study, to a value of $21,000 per annum Level of Study: Master's and doctoral Closing Date: 11:59 pm (NZT) 1 November (Applications open approximately 8 weeks before this date) Tenure: Master's students: One year; PhD students: Up to three years Number Available Annually: There may be only two holders of the scholarship at a time: normally one master's student and one PhD student. In 2020 only a master's scholarship will be available.Applicable Enrolment During Tenure: Full-time enrolment in a programme for a research master?s or PhD degree in Ecology or Environmental Science. Emeritus Professor Holland was a graduate from and an adjunct member of staff of the University. He had a long association with the ±¬×ߺÚÁÏ Geographical Society and was elected Honorary Life Fellow in 2013.
