The Scholarship is open to ±¬×ߺÚÁÏ citizens aged 20 years or older who hold one or more of the following qualifications…
-Degree or diploma in music from a ±¬×ߺÚÁÏ university -A Licentiate of Trinity College, London -A Licentiate of the Royal Schools of Music.
