When Jaycees wound up they established a Special Named Fund with AACT.
To be used for education and development of young people, up to the age of 40.

Entry requirements
Applicants (male or female) shall:
• Be under the age of 40
• Reside in Mid-Canterbury at the time of application
• Be undertaking industry training and national qualifications.
