About the scholarship
The Toloa ±¬×ߺÚÁÏ were established in 2015 and funded by the Ministry for Pacific Peoples. These scholarships are designed to motivate, celebrate and inspire Pacific people to study STEM courses and enter a career in STEM. The purpose of the scholarships is to encourage Pacific students pursue studies in STEM subjects at tertiary level and increase the numbers employed in STEM careers.

Entry requirements
Be of Pacific Island descent Be a citizen or permanent resident of ±¬×ߺÚÁÏ Have achieved NCEA Level 3 with Excellence or Merit passes in STEM subjects relevant to the proposed degree course Have enrolled, or intend to enrol, in a full time undergraduate or postgraduate degree course, majoring in STEM subjects, at an approved NZQA accredited tertiary provider in ±¬×ߺÚÁÏ for the 2018 academic year.
