If you want to show and enhance the best of what tourism in ±¬×ߺÚÁÏ has to offer then the ±¬×ߺÚÁÏ Certificate in Tourism (Level 3) with strands in Visitor Experience, Tourism and Travel is for you. You will be able to work in the tourism or travel industry and provide visitor support and experience enhancement with the skills that you develop in this course. The aim of the ±¬×ߺÚÁÏ Certificate in Tourism (Level 3) is to provide the tourism and travel industry with individuals who can support and enhance the visitor experience and through their skills and knowledge uphold the importance of tourism to the ±¬×ߺÚÁÏ economy. The qualification will benefit the community by enhancing ±¬×ߺÚÁÏ tourism visitor experiences and bring economic benefits to the country. You will learn: Customer service and sales skills Workplace practices Visitor experience enhancement and engagement Cross-cultural communication ±¬×ߺÚÁÏ tourist destinations Importance of the tourism and travel industry Note: SIT do not currently offer the Aviation strand of this ±¬×ߺÚÁÏ Certificate
