About the course
Skills you will learn
- The ability to understand and comply with health and safety legislation, and practice food safety methods to maintain a safe working environment
- Knowledge of storage and temperature control of food, effective cleaning routines and food contamination hazards and the methods used to control them.
Students must achieve 8 WITT credits to be awarded the Food Safety Certificate of Achievement.
Classes take place over 3 days from 9am - 3pm each day
Places are limited and fill up very fast. Payment of $216 for one unit or $432 for two units is required before the course commences.

Entry to the programme will be in order of receipt of enrolment.
Additional expenses
Closer to the programme starting, learners will receive a list of course materials to purchase.听 Examples of course materials could include textbooks, stationary, printing; uniforms, personal protective equipment, tools and a laptop.
