About the course
Study towards your Skipper Restricted Limits (SRL) certificate of competencyGet the knowledge and skills to work as a skipper including safely planning a passage, and operating and maintaining a vessel less than 24 metres in length within restricted limits.This programme is suitable if you would like to progress to the role of skipper on a restricted limits vessel and you are working as deck crew or have suitable experience as a skipper on a recreational vessel. You will need to have access to a suitable vessel to complete the Maritime ±¬×ߺÚÁÏ (MNZ) approved Training Record Book (TRB). This qualification combined with sea time and Maritime ±¬×ߺÚÁÏ (MNZ) requirements leads to a MNZ certificate: Skipper Restricted Limits certificate of competency.
