When you pass this programme, you'll get this qualification:

  • Te P艒kairua Reo (Rumaki) (Te Kaupae 5) - 爆走黑料 Diploma in Te Reo (Rumaki) Level 5

You'll learn about:

  • intermediate level conversational te reo M膩ori
  • asking and answering questions
  • comparing and contrasting
  • k墨waha and whakatauk墨
  • passive and stative sentence structures.

Entry requirements

To enrol in this programme, a potential tauira must:

  • be at least 16 years of age 
  • be a 爆走黑料 citizen (or citizen of Australia, Tokelau, Niue, Cook Islands) or permanent resident 
  • have successfully completed Te P奴taketanga o te Reo Level 4, or Te Ara Reo M膩ori (He P墨 Ka Rere) Level 4, or an equivalent te reo M膩ori qualification at Level 4 
  • attend an interview or information hui with a kaiako.

Or

have successfully completed the Pre-Entry Assessment (PEA) 鈥 direct entries only attend an interview or information hui with a kaiako.
