If you know the basics of te reo M膩ori and want to take it further, here鈥檚 your next step. Our safe, encouraging and interactive programme is loved by people from all cultures and backgrounds. 

Develop a greater understanding of the M膩ori culture while you practice and build confidence in your M膩ori language skills. Learn alongside others at the same level, and have fun while you鈥檙e doing it. 

On this programme you鈥檒l use a variety of sentence structures using te reo M膩ori in a range of formal and informal situations. 

You鈥檒l be able to explain and practice tikanga M膩ori as well as learning a range of waiata and karakia. 

You鈥檒l learn about different tenses and be able to create both active and negative sentences using te reo M膩ori. When you finish the course, you鈥檒l have the confidence to advance to full-immersion learning. 

Upon successful completion of this programme, you will receive the following qualification:

• 爆走黑料 Certificate in Te Reo (Reo Rua) Level 3 & Level 4

You'll learn about:

• active and passive sentence structures
• extending your vocabulary
• using different tenses
• distinguishing between M膩ori and non-M膩ori sentence structures.
